Maxi Hot Dog Buns
Ingredients:
- 2 Dan Cake Maxi Hot Dog Buns
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 2 sausages (pork, beef or poultry)
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- Mayonnaise
- Oil for grilling sausages

Slice or strip onions, simmer in a pan with oil over low heat, after a few minutes add a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, a tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt. Simmer until the liquid evaporates and the onions are caramelized.
