Ingredients:

- 400 g of broad beans
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- Avocados
- 20g semi-skimmed feta cheese
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 4 tablespoons of salsa (you can use ready-made or prepare your own)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Handful of arugula
Preparation:
