In the case of employees of Dan Cake Polonia Sp. z o.o., the determination in the course of the investigation that a false report was knowingly made, the reporting employee, may be held liable for disciplinary action as defined by the Labor Code. Such behavior may also be classified as a severe violation of basic labor obligations.
In the case of Dan Cake Polonia Sp z o.o. collaborators, knowingly making a false report of irregularities may result in the termination of the concluded agreement and definite termination of cooperation.
Regardless of the consequences indicated above, the applicant who knowingly makes a false report may be held liable for damages, in the event of damage to Dan Cake Polonia Ltd. due to the false report, and even criminal liability, in accordance with applicable laws (applicable to both employees and collaborators).
