Summer Italian Burger

Maxi Burger Buns
Ingredients:
- 2 toasted, browned rolls MAXI BURGER BUNS
- 400g of juicy well-fried beef (about 200g for each burger)
- 2 colorful summer tomatoes, sliced
- 4 tablespoons of green basil pesto
- 100g of melted, stringy mozzarella (about 50g for each burger)
- Two handfuls of arugula (about 1 handful for each burger)
- Tomato sauce, garlic sauce
Preparation:
Step 1 / Prepare cutlets
Form 2 cutlets from ground beef, seasoning them with your favorite spices, salt and pepper. Cook them on a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Make sure they are well browned on both sides.

Slice colorful summer tomatoes. Prepare green basil pesto or use ready-made.

Step 3 / Assembling theburgers
Warm the MAXI BURGER BUNS in the oven or on the grill for a few minutes until crispy. Spoon a tablespoon of green basil pesto on the bottom half of each bun. Place a juicy beef cutlet on top of the pesto. Then add slices of mozzarella and tomatoes. Arrange a handful of arugula on top of each burger. Spoon the tomato and garlic sauce on top of the arugula. Place the other half of the bun on top.
