Blueberry Summer Fest Burger

Graham Burger with Sesame
Ingredients:
- 2 Graham Burger with Sesame Dan Cake
- 250g ground beef

- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Handful of fresh arugula
- 4 slices of camembert cheese

- 2 cups of frozen or fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of sugar or erythrol
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- A pinch of sea salt
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 teaspoon of potato flour
Preparation:
Step 1 / Prepare blueberry sauce
In a saucepan, heat blueberries with water, then add sugar or erythrol, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt and potato flour. Stir and heat for a while over low heat. Set aside and cool.

Heat half a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté, stirring frequently, until it softens and begins to caramelize. This will take about 20 minutes. Divide the ground beef into 2 evenly sized pieces. Gently shape each part into a flat pancake, matching the size of the bun. Salt and pepper to taste on both sides. Fry the burgers over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side (frying time depends on the degree of browning you prefer).

Place a handful of fresh arugula on the bottom of each bun. Then add the fried beef burger. Arrange the caramelized onions on top of the burger. Place the cheese slices on top of the hot meat to gently melt. Add the blueberry sauce to the top of the burger. Arrange the top bun.
