Brioche Burger
Ingredients:
Beef cutlet:
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon hot bell pepper powder
- Frying oil
Other ingredients:
- 2 Dan Cake Brioche rolls
- avocado
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 large mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise and BBQ sauce
Preparation:
Step 1 / Prepare beef chops and fried eggs
In a bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika powder until all ingredients are well combined. Form the meat mixture into 4 evenly shaped burgerpatties.
In a heated frying pan in oil, fry the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until well browned. Fry the fried eggs until the yolk remains slightly liquid and the white is set.

Step 2 / Assembling the burgers
Warm the burger buns in a dry skillet.
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom of the bun so that it begins to melt under the heat.
Place a piece of lettuce on the cheese, then the first beef cutlet. Place slices of mushrooms and avocado on the chop.
Place the second chop, and top with a fried egg. Cover with the top of the roll.
