- 200g of golden, crispy chicken strips
- Herbal aioli (you can prepare by mixing mayonnaise with chopped
herbs, garlic and a little lemon juice) - Green cucumber wraps
- A few sprigs of dill, chopped
- A few leaves of spring young butter lettuce
- 1 red onion, cut into thin slices

Prepare the herb aioli by mixing mayonnaise with chopped herbs, garlic and lemon juice. Set aside. Prepare the green cucumber wraps by cutting the cucumber lengthwise into thin slices and wrapping them around each other. Set aside. Cut the red onion into thin slices. Set aside. Chop a few sprigs of dill. Set aside. Fry golden, crispy chicken strips in a skillet or in the oven according to the instructions on the package. Set aside.

Step 3 / Assembling the burger
Cut the buns in half and place some herb aioli on each half. Then arrange a few leaves of spring young butter lettuce on the bottom half of the bun. On top of the lettuce, arrange a few fried chicken strips. Place a few slices of red onion on top of the chicken. Then add a few swirls of green cucumber. Sprinkle everything with chopped dill. Finally, cover with the top half of the bun. You can serve it with French fries, salad or your favorite toppings.
