Machine setter
/
Responsibilities
- adjusting the operation and parameters of individual machines and the entire packaging line to achieve the required quality and productivity
- Ordering and replacing packaging materials on packaging machines, and changing production orders
- making changeovers and machine settings in accordance with the technological process
- Performing simple repair work and parts replacement to maintain production continuity
- Performing ongoing inspections and evaluations of the technical condition of machinery
- Ensuring the highest quality standards by inspecting products and packaging
- Completion of electronic and paper production documentation
- Active participation in commissioning and service work of authorized external service providers
- conducting training for machine operators
Requirements
- Minimum vocational education ( welcome majors: mechanics, mechatronics)
- Experience as an equipment operator in a production area (or in a maintenance department) in retooling packaging machines and fixing minor malfunctions - preferably in the food industry
- knowledge of mechanics and mechanical engineering
- Ability to transfer knowledge, communication skills, inquisitiveness, logical thinking
- work in a 3-shift system
