Job Description

Ensuring the smooth flow of production and full compliance of operations with internal quality standards and health and safety requirements.

Monitoring the technical condition of the machinery fleet and ensuring the optimal use of available tools and materials.

Proactive detection of operational risks and implementation of effective corrective and preventive measures.

Scheduling, assigning tasks to the team, and managing the production flow on an ongoing basis.

Building a committed team by supporting employees in developing their professional skills and competencies.
-
Improving cost-effectiveness and quality by implementing improvements in the spirit of Lean Manufacturing.

Ongoing monitoring of key performance indicators and reliable reporting of results to senior management.

Ensuring that production orders are completed on time in accordance with the approved schedule and customer expectations.
Requirements description
-
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of quality system requirements, including HACCP, ISO, and BRC, would be a plus.
• Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in a production-related field is preferred, ideally in food technology or chemistry.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and the ability to optimize production processes.
• The ability to make decisions based on an analysis of production data.
• A working knowledge of English is preferred.
• Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule.
