Job Description
- production and team management
- fulfillment of production plans and customer orders
- ensuring quality, timeliness, cost control, and occupational safety and health
- process optimization (Lean Manufacturing)
- KPI analysis (including OEE) and reporting
- reduction of losses and waste
Requirements description
- at least 3 years of experience in the food industry
- knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and BRC
- experience in Lean Manufacturing
- the ability to analyze data and make decisions
- good work organization and communication
- conversational English
- willingness to work shifts
