Your responsibilities
- Supervise the maintenance of cleanliness in production halls, warehouses, social areas and outdoor areas
- Coordinate and supervise the work of the cleaning team and employees of external companies
- Preparation of cleaning work schedules and control of task completion
- Taking care of the cleanliness of machinery and equipment in accordance with current procedures
- Ordering cleaning supplies and protective clothing for employees
- Controlling the cleaning budget and optimizing costs
- Liaison with chemical suppliers and third-party service providers
- Verification and updating of documentation related to the maintenance of hygiene in the plant
- Adherence to health and safety, fire, environmental protection and quality standards procedures, including IFS Food
Requirements description
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in leading a team of several people
- Experience in working with third-party companies and services
- Ability to plan work, make decisions and solve problems
- Knowledge of Ms Office package
- Current sanitary-epidemiological examination
